TriMark Acquires Gill Group and Gill Marketing

TriMark USA, Inc., the nation's third largest distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies headquartered in South Attleboro, MA has strengthened its growth and position in the industry by acquiring Gill Group of Phoenix, AZ and Gill Marketing of Crofton, MD. Both Gill companies joined the additional six divisions of Trimark USA, Inc. on August 1, 2007. All current management and staff at Gill will remain in place.
