How We Work
The fundamental operating principle at TriMark is based on having an intimate
knowledge and understanding of each customer's business. While we strive to be
forward-thinking, providing the most sophisticated products and services available,
we also know that what our customers value most about TriMark is our willingness to
work side-by-side with them to achieve desired results.
That's why we staff each of our regional offices with account managers who visit you personally
at your establishment, typically on a weekly basis, making sure you have the supplies and equipment
you need to maximize your operating efficiency. TriMark account managers undergo ongoing training
and thus are sources of valuable industry information and market insights, helping you compete more
effectively.
As each customer's needs dictate, equipment specialists, kitchen designers, and engineers are
brought in to add their expertise to larger-scale projects. Our goal is to be the single source
for each of our customers' design, equipment and supplies needs, establishing relationships that
are successful over the long-term.
