History of Raygal TriMark Raygal, with offices in Irvine, California is a nationally recognized commercial kitchen design and installation company, specializing in high level design and the management of sophisticated projects for national chains, institutions and hospitality and entertainment venues. The company has provided kitchen designs and installations for thousands of high-quality hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf clubhouses, stadiums, amphitheaters, corporate dining facilities, hospitals, and cook/chill facilities. The firm began in 1971 as a small company of about 10 employees, specializing in restaurant design and installation. They established a particular presence in chain restaurant projects and distinguished themselves with clients such as Far West Services (the Coco's and Ruben's chain) and Del Taco, handling their national expansion to 250 locations in 2 years. The firm has designed and installed kitchens, bakeries, and bars for the Cheesecake Factory since 1994. Six B.J.'s pizza and brewery restaurants have been completed in the past year as part of their national expansion. Morton's of Chicago and the House of Blues are also be counted among TriMark's clients. Two years ago TriMark initiated the process of consolidating five leading design, equipment and supplies dealers to create a larger organization with the highest level of talent and resources in the foodservice industry. Raygal became part of the TriMark company in 1999.
